Under construction! (literally!)
After several years of living in an apartment, we finally bought our first house. We are very excited and we're working on making it a beautiful home for our family.
The house has three bedrooms, with plenty of room for our family to grow. We can't wait to begin decorating the nursery. We have a big playroom, and a gourmet kitchen where can do all of our cooking and baking, and entertaining!
In the summer, we love to grow fresh basil. In our new home, we have plenty of space to grow our own herbs, vegetables and flowers. When the time comes, we plan to set up a play set and a sandbox in our backyard.
Our new house is in a quiet, residential area, just a few blocks from our favorite park. It has two huge playgrounds, a bay where we love to go bird watching and a nature center that has lots of educational programs for kids (and adults too!). We also live near some great zoos, an aquarium, a beautiful botanical garden and several museums. We are so excited about being able to share all this with a child.
